Temple Emanuel is the largest and oldest synagogue in the Rocky Mountain region, with 2000 member households. Along with our numbers comes a strong sense of community. We emphasize the importance of individuals and strive to integrate new members into the Temple community. We want our members to feel comfortable in the Temple. We are a Reform Congregation in the mainstream of Liberal Judaism. Reform Jews look to our heritage as a repository of wisdom, insight and of numerous possibilities for religious expression.

Our clergy and teachers help guide and teach congregants to create out of their heritage a personally fulfilling expression of their Judaism. We believe Jewish consciousness includes support for the larger Jewish community and for Israel.

Being a Reform Jew means having the responsibility and freedom to seek and to choose the Jewish way of life most comfortable to the individual. Reform Jews embark on a life-long spiritual venture of discovery and reward.
